I’m having a low day. A pretty freaking low day. I feel unwanted because of my weight. and I want to lose the weight but I’m scared of failing again. It’s like a never ending cycle. There’s so much more to the situation but right now I just want to curl into a ball and cry.
Ugh late at night I get so hungry and I eat the most random shit. Tonight it was a couple slices of ham and bologna…. The fuck? Hahaha. Anyway, if you have some tips and tricks for curbing that appetite late at night let me know… I’m sure others would appreciate your advice too =]

august is going to be MY MONTH. no exceptions, no excuses.
you know, I’ve been feeling pretty crappy all day.
but I decided to go on a run, and about a quarter mile in, it started to pour. but I kept running for 2 miles. didn’t walk at all, which is a huge accomplishment for me.
and now I feel so good! my stomach ache and headache went away! running always solves the problem :)
and now I’m watching sexy men dive on the olympics. life’s good.
